Ashraf S. Hadi has had more than 25 years of experience in multi-faceted HR environments. Having had extensive experience in consulting and training, he has also had a broad experience in multiple industries – starting work with a multinational bank, an insurance company, a mutual-fund manager, and a logistics hub and is now currently the Managing Director PESBMY.

His work passion has always been in the area of helping people develop their true potential, as such during his work he always places great emphasis on individual and team coaching of participants to ensure effective transfer of knowledge, skills and positive attitude to the workplace environments.

Ashraf earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Universiti Utara Malaysia. Besides this, he also obtained the following Certifications:

•  ATD Master Trainer Designation (Association for Talent Development, USA)

•  HRDC Accredited Trainer.

•  Certified Hogan Assessment Systems Practitioner (Optimal    Consulting/Hogan)

•  MBTI Certified Administrator (The Myers-Briggs Company)

•  Motivation Factor Certified Practitioner (Motivation Factor Denmark)
